In the hypnotherapist's clinical setting where you enter hypnosis, you are always aware of your surroundings and can open your eyes at any time. You may even get up and walk around and return to your chair and be in hypnosis the entire time. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that we all encounter in varying degrees throughout the day.
We all enter hypnosis on our way to sleep. We even encounter a mild state of environmental hypnosis when the signals and input around us are a little too much, and we become overloaded. Hypnosis is the natural way out for a stressed-out mind and happens spontaneously.
To go into hypnosis on purpose is to bypass the "critical mind" filter... the door keeper or guardian of the subconscous mind, in order to make positive, long-lasting changes to one's behavior without the interference of the conscious mind.
From that state, positive improvements can be suggested and if accepted by the client, will become the new directive overriding the old, which no longer serves the client.
There is practically no end to the incredibly beneficial changes or modifications that can be experienced through good hypnotherapy. Here are some common behavioral changes that many of my clients come to me to for...
✓ Building Self-Esteem/Confidence ✓ Fears & Phobias
✓ Anxiety Issues
✓ Emergency Hypnosis
✓ Unblocking Wealth
✓ Past Life Regression
✓ Lectures on "Theory of Mind"
✓ Customized, Audio-Recorded Sessions
Hypnotherapy is both safe and effective. I will answer your questions and explain how hypnotherapy works and why. You will feel completely comfortable with the process or we will not proceed. At no time does anyone in hypnosis ever surrender their will. Hypnosis is not mind-control. NO ONE CAN BE HYPNOTIZED WHO DOES NOT WANT TO BE.
You will be amazed at how relaxed, calmed and empowered you will feel after your 1st hypnotherapy session! It's almost like a luxurious "spa session for the mind"...
